Learn how to identify and safely monitor cyanobacteria blooms through the Lake Champlain Committee’s volunteer monitoring training program. These online trainings prepare community scientists, lake users, and shoreline residents to recognize harmful algal blooms, assess water conditions, and contribute valuable data that supports public health and lake management efforts throughout the Lake Champlain watershed. No prior experience is required, and participants interested in education-only attendance are also welcome. Sign-up for one here!
